Eligibility

• Outstanding Estate Agent Award
  • Applicants must be holders of estate agent's licence (individual) or salesperson’s licence who have been licensed for two years or above as at 31 December 2016.
  
  
• Outstanding Newcomer Award
  
  • Applicants must be holders of estate agent's licence (individual) or salesperson’s licence who have been licensed for less than two years as at 31 December 2016.
  
  
• Only those licensees who hold a valid license are eligible to participate.


• To ensure fairness, the EAA’s current Board members, Board-appointed members and the EAA staff, including their next of kin are not allowed to enroll.
